Are your decants authentic?
Always. We decant only from full bottles sourced through authorised retailers and trusted distributors, and we batch-check each one. The juice in your atomiser is identical to the juice in the original bottle.
What sizes can I order?
Most fragrances come as a 2 ml tester, a 5 ml decant, and a 10 ml carry. A handful of rarer bottles are tester-only — that's noted on the product where it applies.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 48 hours and ship across the United States, typically arriving in 2–5 business days. Tracking is included on every order. Shipping is $5 flat, free on orders over $50.
What's your return policy?
Because decants are personal-care items, opened atomisers can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Can I put a sample toward a full bottle?
Yes. If a decant becomes the one, the amount you spent sampling that scent can be credited toward a full bottle purchased through us. Just mention it when you order.
How should I store my decant?
Keep it sealed, upright, and away from heat and direct sunlight — a drawer or cupboard is ideal. Stored well, a decant stays true for years.
