By ordering from Robot Fragrances you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them short and readable.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and any order you place with Robot Fragrances (“we”, “us”) — a sole proprietorship trading under that assumed name from New York City, New York, United States. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
2. Our products, and whose brands they are
We sell decants — smaller amounts of fragrance hand-poured from full bottles into travel atomisers. We are an independent decanting house. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the brands whose fragrances we decant, and none of them has reviewed or approved anything on this site.
All brand names, fragrance names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use them only to identify honestly which fragrance is inside a decant we poured — there is no other way to tell you what you are buying. Any photograph of an original bottle is there for the same reason. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of partnership, licence, or endorsement.
3. Authenticity
We decant only from full bottles sourced through authorised retailers and trusted distributors, and we batch-check each one. The juice in your atomiser is the same juice as in the original bottle.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices are listed per decant size in US dollars and may change over time. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate; if something is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you and offer a fix or a refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure form and are never stored by us. Your order is confirmed once Stripe reports the payment as successful; until then nothing is charged and nothing ships.
6. Shipping & delivery
We ship within the United States only and dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Orders to addresses outside the US cannot be completed at checkout.
7. Returns
Because decants are personal-care items, opened atomisers can’t be returned. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days at hello@robotfragrances.com and we’ll make it right.
8. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site — no attempts to break, scrape abusively, or disrupt it. Content and design here are ours; don’t copy them wholesale without permission.
9. Liability
Fragrance is personal and skin reactions vary; please patch-test if you have sensitive skin. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order you place with us, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any such dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
None of that takes away your right to bring a claim in your local small-claims court, or any right you have under the consumer-protection law of the state where you live.

We may update these terms as the shop evolves; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
